Mr Ian Middlemas

B.Com, CA

Chairman

Mr Middlemas is an experienced Chairman across multiple international stock exchanges including ASX, LSE, NASDAQ and other major European exchanges.

He is the Founding Chairman of Apollo Group and he has been involved in the identification and discovery of significant mineral deposits that have unlocked exceptional value.

Mr Middlemas worked for a large international Chartered Accounting firm before joining the Normandy Mining Group (now Newmont), which was Australia’s largest gold miner at the time. He was a senior group executive for approximately 10 years.

Mr Neil Inwood

M.Sc, B.Sc, FAusIMM

Managing Director

Mr Inwood is a Geologist with over 30 years’ international experience in the exploration and mining industry, particularly in base metals, gold and speciality metals.

He has significant management, consulting, and venture capital experience.

Mr Inwood led the geological team that established the world-class endowment of the Panda Hill Niobium Project in Tanzania; and most recently assisted Odyssey Gold Limited with their project acquisitions in the Murchison Goldfields of Western Australia.

Mr Robert Behets

B.Sc (Hons.), FAusIMM, MAIG

Non-Executive Director

Mr Behets is a geologist with over 35 years’ experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry in Australia and internationally.

He has extensive corporate and management experience and has been Director of a number of ASX-listed companies in the resources sector including Mantra Resources Limited, Papillon Resources Limited, and Berkeley Energia Limited.

Mr Behets was instrumental in the founding, growth and development of Mantra, an African-focused uranium company, through to its acquisition by ARMZ for approximately A$1 billion in 2011.

Mr Ajay Kejriwal

BSc (Economics), ACA

Non-Executive Director

Mr Kejriwal has over 25 years’ experience in finance and commerce, and is currently a consultant to Juniper Capital, a natural resource investment and advisory business.

Prior to Juniper Capital he was a banker leading many investment transactions across oil and gas, mining, real estate and asset management sectors.

He has previously worked as a banker for the Principal Investments business at Nomura in London and Hong Kong, Cazenove and Co and Morgan Stanley.

Mr Lachlan Lynch

B.Com, CA

Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary

Mr Lynch is a Chartered Accountant who currently serves as Company Secretary and other roles for several ASX-listed resource companies.

He began his career at a major international accounting firm and has since specialised in working with mining exploration and development companies.
